Sinful Colors Round-Up (new displays and new shades)

Over the past few weeks, there have been several new Sinful Colors displays popping up at Rite Aid and Walgreens. In fact, there are so many new displays right now that it's been a little crazy trying to make sense of them all! I always want to tell you exactly what is new and what is being repromoted within each new display, and I have several readers to thank for helping me in that endeavor. So let's get started!

NOTE: If you submitted pics and you do not see them below, I am so sorry! I received several submissions for each of these displays (thank you SO much) and I'm afraid that some of them may have gotten lost in the shuffle--you do not want to see my in-box right now. It's a wreck! So anyway, THANK YOU for your submissions and I apologize if you don't see your pics below.

First up, this new display spotted by reader @cateyesdamsel on Instagram at Walgreens:

Sinful Colors Declare Your Style end-cap display at Walgreens

Notice that there is a 2/$3 sale tag next to the Sinful SHINE polishes in this display. I don't know if this is a month-long promotion but it was not featured in this week's ad (so I'm guessing it is a month-long sale).

UPDATE: Thanks to readers A Mani Maniac and Christa for the following info:

  • The new Full Throttle Collection ("rubberized" texture polishes) is located on the second shelf of this display.
  • There are some  NEW Sinful Shine polishes (top row above) in this display as well. They contain micro glitters and the names are: 1477 Sea Glisten, 1478 Shine Annie, and 1479 Too Cool For Pool.

Also, @cateyesdamsel shared this pic of some shades that jumped out at her:

After some googling, I discovered that 996 Cool Gray is NOT new, but it is kind of rare, so it's nice that they're repromoting it here. 1408 Mauvelous is not new either, but I could only find one reference to it by a nail blogger who spotted a random bottle at Walmart back in February of 2014. She swatched Mauvelous HERE if you want a closer look. So yeah, two "rare" Sinful Colors shade in this display!

Next up, reader Emma spotted these two new display at Walgreens and was nice enough to share lots of pics with us:

Solar Flux and Prime Purple (from the Silk + Satin Collection) and Beige of Honor and Beaches and Cream (from the Practice Your Accents Collection).

I have yet to spot the new Sinful Colors Full Throttle Collection that I mentioned on the blog a while back, but I keep hearing that the "rubberized" texture of the polishes in the Full Throttle Collection is quite unique. I'll definitely post pics when I see it (if you've seen it in your area, I'd love to know what you think!).

Thanks so much, @cateyesdamsel, Emma, @msluckydee13, Madelyn and Kate B., for the wonderful information, pictures and swatches. I really appreciate it!

    1. Awesome! Thank you SO much for letting us know! Maybe I'll find that display in my area before I find the free-standing Full Throttle counter display! :D

  2. In the Color Mixology display at my store there were 3 new shades of SinfulSHINE shades. All were with micro glitters in them. I see what looks like one bottle of the green in the above pic (and the red next to it)

  3. Oh, and I forgot - the big display I came across had 3 (I think) new shades in the top Color Mixology section too. They were SinfulShine colors: 1477-Sea Glisten, 1478-Shine Annie, and 1479-Too Cool For Pool.

  5. I grabbed Mauvelous recently from Walmart...I don't recall the display, but they're never in good shape, just crammed in there willy nilly.

    2. I got two of the sinful shine glitters today. They weren't 2/$3 at my store but $1.99 each. They don't really look like micro glitters to me but kind of more like shimmery flecks. I got the green and blue

  7. You forgot the OMGeode collection that was one of the first new displays to be spotted! I wasn't sure if you didn't include it on purpose, but it's nice to have them all in one place.

  12. I spotted these in a Walgreens in Dallas... bought way too many of them in 2 separate trips including the whole rubberized collection because I love the finish. The new Sinful Shine shades are really interesting. I got them even though I've never bought any from that line before, because they were the same price as the regular Sinfuls. And now I want to buy more of them after seeing swatches! Thanks for the roundup post!
