Revlon Dazzling Solar Effect and Shiny Matte Nail Art Duo Collections
Michelle spotted spotted these at Bed Bath & Beyond this week and said that the Shiny Matte duos have a shiny metallic shade on one end (fine nail art brush) and a matte shade on the other (regular brush). Michelle also said that the Dazzling Solar Effect duos contains an opaque base coat on one end and a glitter topper on the other end.

ReplyDeleteI saw these in Harmon. The Solar Effect collection looks like a spring or summer collection. I don't understand why Revlon is putting this out in November. The Shiny/Matte color combos are pretty, but dupeable, using matte topcoat over your base color. Still, I like these two-sided collections because the pairing is done for you, so it's easy to grab and go. I have to admit I like the chalkboard ones they did recently. You can just scribble something without being precise, and it still looks cute.
